Jim Thomson has been a ceramics artist for over 25 years and, in addition to the Ottawa School of Art, has taught at Algonquin College, The Banff Centre and several other schools. He has lectured and given workshops at The Nova Scotia School of Art and Design, Ontario College of Art, Concordia University, Sheridan College of Art & Design, Queen's University and the Gardiner Museum of Ceramic Art. Jim is represented by Prime Gallery in Toronto and he has had numerous solo exhibitions across Canada and in New York City.
