Donna Stainfield was born in Victoria, BC and educated in Ottawa. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Photography, from the University of Ottawa and a Multimedia Diploma from Algonquin College. Over the past several years, she has demonstrated her expertise as a web designer and web master proficient with HTML, JavaScript and ASP scripting, security issues, authoring tools, graphic and web design tools and technologies. Donna is currently responsible to the development and implementation of the federal government's Common Look and Feel Guidelines for the website of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Donna has been teaching Intro to Photoshop at the Ottawa School of Art since 2000.
