2011 Call for Exhibition Proposals

The Ottawa School of Art (OSA) is now accepting proposals of current or proposed work for the 2011 exhibition season for both its downtown campus gallery and Orleans campus gallery. Artists working in all media are invited to submit proposals. Group exhibition proposals are also accepted. Artists should submit only one proposal and should indicate the gallery in which they wish their work to be exhibited (i.e. downtown or Orleans). Exhibition proposals can be submitted for consideration at both galleries.

The deadline for submitting artwork is Friday, April 23, 2010. All work must arrive no later than 4:30 p.m. local time (EST) in order to be considered for submission.

Please note that as a not-for-profit organization, the Ottawa School of Art charges an annual family membership fee of $25* (plus tax). The membership entitles you to take classes at the school, take part in members’ exhibitions, sell art work through the school store, rent studio space and facilities. We’ll also give you a membership card that entitles you to discounts at various art supply stores in Ottawa.

*Membership will increase to $30 (plus tax) as of January 8th, 2010.
