This is an essential course for all people active in the fields of visual art and design. This hands-on course introduces the students to the scientific basics of two-dimensional design: its elements, strategies and principles covering the colour theory in depth. This course aims at advancing skills of visual perception and expression through a series of exercises, demonstrations and examples. The display and discussion of student works is an essential part of the course. Students will have a rich portfolio by the end of this course.

F100090A | INTRODUCTION TO PHOTOSHOP
The students are introduced to Photoshop: the high-end software for digital imaging and the latest tool added to the artist’s kit. Photoshop is essential for printed media, the Internet, video and 3D productions. Students will explore Photoshop’s basic concepts, tools, pallets and more. During this course, students will create their own portfolio that they will present in class.
