F100090C | BASIC DESIGN | INTRO This is an essential course for all people active in the fields of visual art and design. This hands-on course introduces the students to the scientific basics of two-dimensional design: its elements, strategies and principles covering the colour theory in depth. This course aims at advancing skills of visual perception and expression through a series of exercises, demonstrations and examples. The display and discussion of student works is an essential part of the course. Students will have a rich portfolio by the end of this course. Photoshop is essential for printed media, the Internet, video and 3D productions. Students will explore Photoshop’s basic concepts, tools, pallets and more.
