9th International Print Exhibition & Exchange


PROOF Studio Gallery is pleased to host the 9th Annual International Print Exhibition and Exchange - an opportunity for printmakers from anywhere in the world to connect with each other by exhibiting and exchanging their print interpretation of the zodiac sign of the TIGER for the 2010 Chinese New Year.

In previous years artists from China, Mexico, Germany, Japan, Australia, Romania, Scotland, Hong Kong and from across Canada have participated in this exchange.

Each artist creates a limited edition Year of the TIGER print using a traditional print technique such as etching, wood block, linoblock, embossing, lithographs, relief, silkscreen or mixed print media. The first print is kept and used for the exhibition. Additional prints are offered for sale or exchanged if not sold.

A print exchange will take place on Thursday, March 11th in the OSA Library from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
