014B | PORTRAITURE IN THE STUDENT’S PREFERRED MEDIUM | INTRO - INTER
A series of twelve classes, which will consist of six, two week sessions of painting a portrait from a live model. The anatomy of the head will be stressed as a means of achieving a likeness. Samples of great portraits, past and present will be examined. There will be a critique after each completed portrait.
