The Ottawa School of Art is seeking community-minded individuals with an interest in visual art to serve on its Board of Directors. 

 

Your experiences in medium sized businesses or not-for-profits, past service on other boards, finance/accounting, human resources, information management and technology, or marketing/fundraising will make a great contribution to this vital local organization.

The board positions are volunteer positions and will be filled in November. There are about 8 board meetings in the year.

The Ottawa School of Art is in its 145th year of teaching art and offers classes at two campuses, and online. Its main campus is in a heritage building at 35 George Street in the historic ByWard Market of Ottawa. A second campus was established in 2009 at the Shenkman Arts Centre in the suburb of Orleans.
