The Ottawa School of Art Orléans Campus Gallery is proud to present Redwork: The Emperor of Atlantis, an exhibition of works by Catherine Heard. This exhibition is on display from Thursday October 23 to Sunday December 7, 2025, in the Orléans Campus Gallery located on the main floor of the Shenkman Arts Centre at 245 Centrum Blvd., Orléans.

Featuring hand-sewn motifs by 200+ participants, Redwork: The Emperor of Atlantis reimagines collaborative textile traditions as socially engaged art. It interweaves historical redwork embroidery with imagery of conflict, trauma, and resistance, inviting viewers to engage with complex narratives and histories.
