At the Ottawa School of Art, art is more than what happens in the studio. It’s the conversations, the questions, the late-night ideas, the creative breakthroughs, and the people behind the work that shape the experience of being an artist.
This year, we’re excited to launch a new podcast series featuring conversations between our Diploma Coordinator Adrian Gor and the students, faculty, and staff who make our Diploma Program community so special.
We’re currently sitting down with the students graduating next month to talk about their journeys through the program, their artistic practices, the work they’ve created, and what comes next after graduation. These conversations offer a personal look into the experiences, challenges, inspirations, and goals that have shaped them during their time at the OSA.
Each episode is a chance to hear directly from the artists themselves: how they found their voice, what drives their work, and where they hope their creative paths will lead next.
Whether you’re a current student, prospective applicant, alumni, or simply curious about contemporary art and arts education, this podcast offers a candid and thoughtful look into the experiences shaping the next generation of artists.
We’ll be sharing new episodes throughout the year on our YouTube channel. Watch the full playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLob1SHyy0122eEN48IXXIltl9h4d8lmYh
